Summer trip 2021-Binder, Khentii, Mongolia

From today I’m gonna write short blogs each and every day in order to improve my writing skill and at the same time it might be a creative way to explore my feelings and let go of the stress.

Last week, at work we had a long meeting, during the meeting my boss judged me that I’m not doing enough as a manager.. .At that time I felt a little bit offended because I wear many hats at work and try to handle everything by myself, why is she not recognizing my effort?

But if you don’t dare to talk about what you’re experiencing, who will recognize what you are doing or handling?

After the meeting I realized that I don’t necessarily have to experience challenges all by myself and need to ask for help. This may sound corny but most of the time we forget to discuss and get help or different perspectives from others. We are all living for the first time in this world and it’s okay to not know what is right or that’s why we need to do this?

All we need to do is don’t be shy or irritated and have the courage to ask a few minutes to talk to your boss, family members, or maybe your role models about the concerning problem and find solution.

But before that we really need to set aside some time for ourselves, even if it is just 10 minutes and rethink about the matter precisely and define it.

Do I really doing the right thing for me, do I really leaning in the way that I supposed to be in 3 or 5years from now?

And talking to someone outside of the situation may help you to find a solution to the problem.

Talking about your thoughts and feelings with people who you trust is sometimes the best therapy. It’s really interesting to listen to others’ perspectives, how they generate ideas in completely different ways, how freely they can think, and what their philosophy is.

Even if the person you are talking to might not give you smart view point, I promise you will find a way through talking about your problem to others.

For me most of the time I don’t like to share my struggle with people, I want to show my strengths rather than my messes or weaknesses. But there must be many people who already overcome the same problem and know a better way to handle it.

No one is too busy, if you can ask it in the right way or at the right time.

It can strengthen your ties with other people and help you stay in good mental health. And being listened to helps you feel that other people care about you and what you have to say.

So I promise myself to ask the questions to people as much as I can everyday. Sorry for being too curious…
